GTB Implant System

This randomized controlled clinical trial evaluated the biological and radiographic behavior of Advan GTB-Tzero implants over a 3-year period. The implants feature an internal conical connection and platform switching. The study compared bone-level placement (BLG) with 2 mm subcrestal placement (SCG) associated with the One Abutment One Time (OTA) protocol.

This case report outlines the diagnostic, surgical, and prosthetic phases of the treatment, documenting its progression through follow-up and highlighting how the integration of the Advan protocol with digital technologies enhances predictability, aesthetics, and the patient’s quality of life.
