Abstract

The case report illustrates an integrated implant-prosthetic treatment in a patient with prosthetic fracture and posterior edentulism associated with vertical bone atrophy. It highlights the synergy between the use of ADVAN implants, the GFA module, and the Magnetic Mallet device. The rehabilitation involved a connective tissue graft in the esthetic area of tooth 24 and a crestal sinus lift in the posterior area of tooth 26, ensuring primary stability, increased gingival volume, and esthetic-functional predictability. The use of the “One Abutment One Time” protocol supported the maintenance of the biological seal, reducing the risk of peri-implant inflammation.

In this case report, we will analyze and evaluate the synergy of Advan implants with the Magnetic Mallet and the GFA transmucosal abutment in a clinical case involving the augmentation of buccal gingival volume using a mucogingival technique with connective tissue graft harvesting and transplantation.
